Fall is my favorite season!! I love the colors and the layers!! The color thats really starting trending fall 2015 is Cranberry. Working at ALDO, we have so many shoes, bags, and hats  this color and it looks good with EVERYTHING!!! I don't what is it..but Im feelin it.

BJ the Chicago Kid #From Another Planet

Today was the most motivative days I've had in a long time, all thanks to this man; BJ the Chicago Kid. If you haven't heard of this r&b artist, PLEASE check him out!! One of his latest songs he released was with Chance the Rapper called, "Church." This song has been playing on the radio non stop..so dope!! Born and raised in Chicago, he always surrounded himself around wise men. One of the best advice he could ever give was him saying that its ok to be an ALIEN in this world; eventually they'll rock with you. As an artist, whether in music or fashion, standing out is very important. Think of someone who you would call great? What made them that way? They were unique.. uniquely them. The best part about being an ALIEN is that you have no competition. The only one that can hold you back is yourself.  If you're from another planet, just keep doing you until your world is understood. #FromAnotherPlanet #JuiiXhasspoken

JAMEEL BRIDGEWATER

Be on the look out for photographer, graphic designer, and entrepreneur Jameel Bridgewater! He was the photographer for the photoshoot I did with Delux Magazine and he's also a great friend of mine. So proud to see him accomplishing his goals and dreams!! One of his most recent accomplishments  include him being one of the photographers for the RedBull tour with SZA as the headliner. Last weekend, he and his partner photographer on the tour, CANNON hosted an event to showcase the amazing work they did. The photos were soo fresh and so many people came out to support! They even had a food truck!! COME ON NOW!! This was an amazing move for him and he can only go up from here. Good luck Jameel, excited for your takeover!! Its gonna be bananas!!

I Got You "Faux"-real!!

One of the hottest hair trends this year are the faux locs!! These are extensions that look just dread locks! My mother has been growing her dreads for over 10 years. Who wants to wait that long?! Not I! Now, you can get dreads with out waiting all those years! If you are in the beginning stages of your dreads, don't worry, you can get dread extensions, which are the same premiss. Instead of doing the full process of faux locs, you would just add extensions to your actual dreads. I found tutorial video of how to do faux locs and I feel in love!! Ive been doing them every since!!

Im back guys!! These last months have been very busy for me but, Im back better then ever!! We have so much to catch up on! One of my favorite accomplishments was styling an editorial for DELUX magazine. This was so big for me since this was my first one. They even choose mine as the featured editorial of the magazine! Swift is a perfect example of the non-genre movement that is starting to come about in the music industry. Seems like if she likes it, she's gonna sing it and put her Taylor touch on it no matter what style. Yes, consistency is important as an artist but that doesn't mean you can't be innovative. My personal style has always been a mix of a lot of styles in one! The most consistent look I usually go for would definitely be Boho-retro-sporty-urban chic!! I personally don't like to narrow myself down to one specific style. I wouldn't say I just put random styles together, but I like to incorporate accent styles to create an outfit. Accent styles are various looks that I believe compliment each other whether its through their typical colors or articles of clothing. This method for fashion makes everything 10x more fun for me when picking out clothes!!
